The idea started back in 2023, when Yash manually coded single-page digital cards, crafting each invitation with precision. But by the end of 2024, he realized there had to be a faster, more user-friendly way. Why not create a digital invite generator where anyone could fill a form and get their invitation ready in less than 10 minutes? That spark led to the birth of MakeMyCards.com.

The first version, v1.0, launched in 2024 with wedding invitations. Customers loved it! However, limited marketing budget meant the platform remained largely unknown. By early 2025, with weddings slowing down, the initial site had to temporarily pause.

Not one to give up, Yash expanded the vision. Instead of limiting the platform to weddings, he decided to cover every major event—birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, baby showers, housewarmings, and more. He personally developed v2.0, overcoming technical challenges and managing a small team who work alongside their day jobs to support him.

Yash is an MCA graduate, but despite many attempts, he couldn’t land a traditional IT job. Currently, he works in a call center, balancing his professional life while building a digital empire on the side. His goal is clear: once MakeMyCards.com is fully operational and gaining traction, he will dedicate himself to it full-time.

With v2.0 launching in October 2025, featuring an improved UI, faster processing, and strong SEO, Yash is set to revolutionize digital invitations. His journey is a testament to persistence, creativity, and the belief that a great idea, even when started alone, can turn into something remarkable.
